Finding a builder you can trust and rely on to deliver what they promise can be difficult. So in 2005, when Stephen Hall assembled a team of specialist builders, joiners, electricians and plumbers to form Leading Edge, he asked this simple question.

“What would we expect of any builder who came to do work on our homes or properties?”

The answers form the basis of the Leading Edge customer service mandate:

Pre commencement

  • We conduct a professional initial on-site assessment, with detailed discussion of exactly what you want, with budget and delivery expectations
  • We give you a clear, concise itemised quotation, detailing phases of work and timings, and with accurate costings
  • We are happy to have a full and frank discussion of costs, materials, etc

 

On site

  • We stick to agreed timings, weather etc. permitting.
  • Leave no trace – we respect your home and your person, tidy up at the end of each day, and on completion
  • We advise you immediately of any unforeseen challenges - structural or logistical

 

Post completion

  • Site visit at agreed time and date to discuss and snagging issues and review work undertaken
  • All work completed to highest standards and fully compliant with legislative requirements

In short, quality, value, courtesy and integrity are the principles which underpin how we work and how we deal with our customers. And it shows in the work we’ve done.
