Stephen Hall – Founder, Leading Edge

Stephen Hall founded Leading Edge in 2005 with a clear vision: to offer homeowners a better, more reliable way to deliver high-quality kitchen renovations and house extensions.

Qualified as a joiner in 1999, Stephen built his early career working with some of Northern Ireland’s leading property developers. During this time, he gained extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, including timber-framed developments, new-build housing, shop fitting and large-scale refurbishments. His work has taken him to projects throughout Northern Ireland, giving him a deep understanding of different property types, construction methods and building challenges.

Stephen is known for his attention to detail, honesty and practical, solution-focused approach. He has a natural ability to visualise layouts and bring creative ideas to the table, helping clients make the best possible use of their living and kitchen space. Complex or challenging builds are never seen as obstacles, but as opportunities to find smarter, better-designed solutions.

A key strength Stephen brings to every project is his ability to coordinate and sequence trades efficiently. By carefully managing each stage of the build, he ensures projects run smoothly, minimise disruption and are completed to a consistently high standard.
