Working on a listed Belfast building, our team carefully preserved the existing stone wall and integrated it into a full structural steel extension, opening the home into the garden with panoramic glazing, sliding doors and a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. From the true handleless kitchen, Dekton worktops, walk-in pantry and underfloor heating to the American Western Red Cedar finish, Trochal flat roof system and specialist structural detailing, every element was managed and delivered by Leading Edge NI to the highest standard.
