Two-Storey Extension & Home Renovation

Leading Edge NI recently completed this impressive two-storey extension and home renovation project in the Castlereagh area of Belfast, transforming the property into a spacious and modern family home.

The project involved demolishing an existing garage, constructing new foundations, installing underground drainage, and building a substantial two-storey extension with a new roof. An old asbestos roof was also safely removed and disposed of as part of the works.

The centrepiece of the renovation is a stunning open-plan kitchen, living and dining area featuring quartz worktops, a hidden pantry, bespoke storage solutions and bamboo herringbone flooring. Additional improvements included a new utility room, shower room, boot room, master bedroom with ensuite, and a modern heating system.

Externally, the property was enhanced with a new patio, feature steps, and tarmacked driveways and walkways.

With all trades managed by Leading Edge NI, the project was delivered seamlessly from demolition and construction through to the final finishes, creating a beautiful home that offers more space, functionality and long-term value.
